What is required to book with B-Elegant?

We require a signed agreement and deposit in order to secure your date and our catering services.

Do you offer food tastings?

Yes, we offer group tastings quarterly! We create a night out experience that showcases our culinary creations which helps couples to determine their menu selections. We encourage them to invite guests to have a fun night out with your bridal party or a nice date night with your partner!

Are you able to prepare vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher or halal meals? Is there an additional fee?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.

What is the timeline for event coordination meetings?

We coordinate a soft detailing meeting 3 months prior to your wedding date to discuss all initial details regarding timeline, menu options and any questions. One month prior we meet for the final details to finalize all details such as meal selections, set up and final numbers.

What is the payment structure?

We require a deposit upon booking, 50% of the estimated total 6 months prior to your wedding date, and the final payment 10 days out based on the confirmed number of guests attending.

B Elegant planned our NYE wedding and we could not be happier!

Planning a wedding during COVID and having some very last-minute changes was handled very well by the B Elegant team. They had great menu and package choices so we could select what was best for our special day. They also accommodated every dietary need with ease. Kudos to the awesome service staff as well!

I know the married couple doesn’t usually get to eat, but myself and the groom LOVED the lamb ragu pasta, and guests raved about the duck and the vegan option (my mother-in-law tried to recreate the squash steaks herself at home later).
